Does Lardi work on mobile phones?
Yes — Lardi works on any smartphone, tablet or computer without downloading an app. Teachers mark attendance on their phone. Parents check their child's grades on their phone. It installs on your home screen like a native app.
How long does it take to set up for our school?
Most schools are live within 3–5 working days. We handle the full setup — Firebase configuration, deployment, admin account and initial data entry. You just sign, pay the setup fee and send us your student list.
What happens to our data if we stop using Lardi?
Your data belongs to your school — not to us. You can export everything to Excel at any time with one click. If you end your subscription we give you 30 days to export your full records before deletion. We are registered with the Ghana Data Protection Commission under Act 843.
Does it work without internet?
Lardi requires an internet connection to save data. It works well on any 3G, 4G or WiFi connection. For areas with slow internet, data loads quickly because the system is built to be lightweight.
Can parents and students also use the system?
Yes. Every plan includes a parent portal where parents see their child's grades, attendance, fees and school notices. Students can also log in to see their timetable and results. The school decides which portals to activate.
How is the price different from other school software?
Most international school software costs USD 200–500 per month and is built for UK or US schools. Lardi starts at GHS 350/month, accepts Mobile Money, and is built specifically for the Ghanaian term structure, curriculum and fee payment methods.
